This Course is for those beginning their Yoga practice or any level of student or teacher that wishes to review. In this 6 week course yoga postures will be taught to strengthen and open the entire body. The foundation of any yoga practice is Attitude. Through guided centerings on the breath we will focus the mind, set intentions, and create a deeper connection with the Heart, Mind and Body. When focused, we can explore how the body engages and expresses in each pose. When you have awareness and skilled engagement strength, flexibility, and vibrant health happen naturally.
